SOCIAL WORK EVALUATION

Social evaluation is a form of interview to collect data and other information regarding the person, persons or families members that services is been provided for. The information gathered are generally based on the environmental and social history of the families been serviced. Information about the family in the home, extended family relationships, cultural and educational background are also taken into account. Also employment history and mental health evaluation are a big part of the evaluation.

Based on the result of such evaluation services will be provided by the city agency or other private organization through ASA Home Service staff.
